We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for the big day, the dress code is formal attire. For the guys, that means wearing a suit or tuxedo with a dress shirt, tie, and formal shoes. For the ladies, a formal dress or gown is perfect. Just make sure to avoid anything too casual, like jeans or sneakers. We want everyone to look sharp and sophisticated for the occasion!
The ceremony will begin at 3pm so we are kindly asking to arrive at 2:30. This is to ensure you are seated in time.
Due to the limited parking spaces at the venue, we are encouraging people to arrange transportation. There are 20 car spaces available if you choose to drive.
Due to the capacity of the wedding, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal wedding invitation.
We truly love your little ones and understand how important they are, but in order to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests, this will be an adults-only event. We hope you understand, and we look forward to celebrating with you!
The main ceremony will be held outdoors and on grass, ladies please be mindful when selecting footwear.
Please note that transportation to the venue will need to be arranged independently. However, to assist with your return, we will have a bus departing from the venue at 11:00 PM, this will be stopping in various locations such as Coolum Beach, Peregiean Beach and Sunshine Beach. We will be stopping at the local SLSC in each location.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we are truly grateful to have you celebrate this special day with us. While your company means the world, for those who wish to give thoughts and well wishes, we will have a wishing well available at the venue.
Of course there is, drinks are on us!
We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We will have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
