When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 1, 2026. Our vendors requires us to provide a final head-count by this date, any unanswered RSVP's will be counted as a "No." Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If you have been given a plus one, your guest’s name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we hope you understand that we’re keeping our wedding an intimate celebration with family and close friends.

Are kids welcome?

While we love little ones, our wedding will be adults-only.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no later than 4:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest present. For those who wish to give a monetary gift, there will be a card box at the wedding.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-Formal Attire We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing Burgundy, Beige, or White.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests avoid pictures and videos during the ceremony. It will be an unplugged ceremony to allow our amazing photographer and videographer to capture the best moments. Please turn your phone on silent. We want you to be in the moment with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking right behind the Pavilion in lot #62.

Is the Ceremony outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, rain or shine. Large umbrellas will be set up over the seating area. Please plan your footwear accordingly, as the ground will be grass. Cocktail hour and dinner will be held indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
