The attire for our wedding is cocktail/semi-formal (i.e. long dresses or cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets and slacks).
We have room blocks at two hotels in the area (see the 'Hotels' page for additional information). Or you are free to book elsewhere, if you'd prefer. Either way, we advise doing so ASAP. Unfortunately, it will also be Homecoming weekend for the Naval Academy, which means rooms will be booking up quickly and may be pricier than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Yes! Please be sure to let us know when you RSVP if your child(ren) will be attending.
The ceremony will take place outdoors on the dock, under a tent, so you may want to bring a jacket. Cocktail hour will give guests the option to walk out on the deck, the beach/side yard, or inside in the exhibit room. And the reception will take place inside but guests will be free to step out to cool down from all the dancing we'll be doing!
Absolutely! We will be providing a cocktail hour with hor d'oeuvres and a buffet dinner. Please note a separate set meal will be provided for children.
That is the goal! We plan on going to a local bar to keep the party going and will see how the night goes. All are welcome. Location: TBD.
The ceremony and reception will take place at the same location so transportation will not be necessary! If you plan on joining us for the after party, we recommend taking a cab or Uber to the location, which will not be far from the venue.
There will be 30 parking spaces available at Horn Point Marina at 105 Eastern Ave, Annapolis, MD 21403 and 20 spaces available at the parking garage at 613 Third St., Annapolis, MD 21403. Yard signs will direct guests to the available lots. Please note, free parking is available all day Saturday and Sunday and cars can be left overnight in designated parking areas.
