We met at work when Brendan was asked to do a product demo for my department. From then on Brendan would sporadically ask to get breakfast which always made me nervous. My hands shake when I’m nervous, so those breakfasts consisted of me eating oatmeal. Even though it may be a boring choice, I thought I was playing it safe, while he thought I was an old lady. Our breakfast dates eventually progressed into dinner dates, meeting up in Morristown every chance we had. Over the next couple of months we noticed we have a few things in common: we both graduated college early, our love of food/eating, and our love for each other’s family.
