We've reserved a block of rooms at Fairfield by Marriott at a special rate for our guests for both Friday and/or Saturday. To book, please use the link below or mention the Schafer- Ward Wedding when calling. Kindly book by September 23rd, 2026 as rooms will be released after this date. If rooms appear to be unavailable, please let us know and we'll work to get more rooms added!
Shuttle

We will have the trolley service running continuously throughout the evening, shuttling guests between the venue and our hotel block . If you are staying somewhere other than the hotel block, please let us know- we will do our best to accommodate and provide transportation.
Travel Note
There's plenty of great Airbnbs and boutique hotels in the area if you'd like to explore other options. You're welcome to book wherever you'd prefer!
