Flight
We recommend flying into Meadows Field Airport (BFL) in Bakersfield, CA for easiest accessibility to the hotel & venue. The hotel is approximately 8 miles (16 mins) from BFL. Complimentary Marriott shuttles will be available for transportation to/from hotel and airport.
Travel Note
Guests are encouraged to arrive on Friday, October 2nd. A welcome party with drinks & light bites will be held for guests that have arrived on Friday in the Bakersfield Marriott at the Convention Center lobby from 3-5 PDT. Rehearsal & rehearsal dinner will follow at 5:30 PDT for bridal party and direct family. The afternoon of Saturday, October 3rd will be the wedding ceremony and reception. Guests are welcome to travel home anytime on Sunday, October 4th.
