At Fox-Bell Weddings & Events, at 137 N Barr Rd. in Port Angeles. Not to be confused with Fox-Bell Farms which is in Sequim and NOT where we are getting married.
We are requesting guests arrive at 6pm for pre-ceremony cocktails and appetizers before the 6:30 ceremony. Our reception will immediately follow the ceremony at the same location.
Yes, we really want to see our family and friends get dressed up with us. We are requesting a semi-formal or cocktail attire, our main request is no blue jeans at our wedding please.
We'd love if you could make it a kid free date night! However, we realize this isn't always possible so children are welcome. Just remember the festivities are expected to go until 10:30.
Due to our venue regulations only service animals will be allowed.
Both! Our ceremony will be outdoors with beautiful views of the mountains. Should the weather not cooperate our venue has a tent we can utilize. You definitely want to make sure you wear a coat though, as we all know how unpredictable April weather is here in Washington. The reception is indoors, though we plan on roasting marshmallows over a fire pit so we will be venturing outdoors also.
We've really debated on this. We will have two highly trained photographers during the ceremony along with a videographer. However, from prior experiences at weddings we find the guests manage to capture some of the best moments. So we just ask that you keep your ringers off and never block the view of the professionals. We plan on creating a wedding hashtag so we can see all the wonderful pictures our family and friends have captured.
YES! There will be appetizers before the wedding. We will also be serving a meal during the reception. Along with having an entire dessert table we also plan on having s'mores and roasting marshmallows over an open fire pit out back of the reception area. PLEASE be sure to list any food allergies or sensitivities when you RSVP so we can make sure we have something for everyone.
April 21st is the date we officially became a couple. Once engaged, we realized we could double the significance of this date by making it our wedding anniversary also. Rather than wait until 2024, when April 21st would land on a Sunday, we decided Friday, April 21st of 2023 would be our wedding date.
