Yes please adhere to a dressy casual dress code. Women something like a flowy dress, jumpsuit, or nice blouse with a skirt or dress pants would be suitable. Men a suit is always a great option, but dress pants and a button-up or polo is also acceptable.
If you do not have a plus one on your formal invitation then no you cannot bring a date. We want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible.
