Flying into Miami?

If you decide to fly direct into Miami instead of Key West, the Miami airport is about a 3.5-hour drive to Key West. The drive is one of the most beautiful road trips in Florida, crossing the famous Overseas highway with ocean views along the way. We encourage you to allow extra time for stops. There are plenty of amazing places to eat, explore and just enjoy the views!

Rental Cars

No need to rent a car if you are flying direct into Key West and staying downtown! Key West is very walkable or there are abundant amounts of Ubers and Lyfts. Many hotels also offer shuttle service to downtown Key West. If you are staying in a hotel outside of downtown, check with the front desk.
