Will there be a shuttle provided to the wedding from the hotel and back to the hotel from the reception?

Answer

Yes. There will be shuttles to the venue from the hotel at 1:30, 2pm, and 2:30. Returning shuttles to the hotel will at 9pm, 9:30pm, 10:00pm and 10:30pm.

Is there an after-party?

Answer

There will be a small after party with beer and wine at the hotel in the lobby after the reception.

When will the bar be open until?

Answer

We have a 5 hour open bar that will be open until 9:30. The venue closes the bar during introductions, speeches, toasts and beginning of dinner. They try to only do so 15 minutes at a time.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have a fantastic photographer and we want everyone to enjoy and experience our ceremony. With that in mind please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. You might end up obscuring someone's view. We will share our pictures our photographer provides us of our beautiful day.

When does the wedding go until?

Answer

The ceremony is at 3:15pm. Cocktail hour starts at 4 and the reception will go until 10.

Will there be appetizers during cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes! So many appetizers! Please come hungry!

What sides come with my dinner?

Answer

Bacon green beans and mashed potatoes for those of you who ordered the chicken or steak. There are no sides with the Mushroom Ravioli. Everyone will also have a salad.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than February 14th. PLEASE don't be that person I have to bug to get your RSVP. Even if we know you are coming RSVP so we know your dinner choice.

when should I book my hotel by?

Answer

Please book your hotel room no later than February 13th. After that you will not be able to get the room block rate.
