What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30pm, we recommend finding your seats roughly 10 minutes beforehand.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! If you are not staying at the St. James Hotel, we recommend staying at either the Country Inn & Suites Red Wing, MN or Holiday Inn Express & Suites Red Wing by IHG. We will have a shuttle service for these 2 alternative hotel options available to bring people to/from the wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony, what is the shuttle schedule ?

Answer

Yes, Lorenz bus service will be picking up guests as follows: Pre-Ceremony Shuttle First shuttle: Departs Country Inn & Suites at 3:00 PM and Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 3:10 PM. Second shuttle: Departs Country Inn & Suites at 3:35 PM and Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 3:50 PM. Important: Please arrive at the hotel lobby by the departure time to ensure we arrive at the ceremony venue on time. The shuttle will leave promptly. Post-Reception Shuttle Return service: Shuttles will begin returning guests to both hotels at 9:30 PM, running approximately every hour. Last shuttle: The final shuttle will depart the venue at 11:30 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the St. James offers complimentary free parking located within their private parking ramp attached to the hotel. Parking ramp entrance is located off of Bush Street.
