Please RSVP by August 25, 2027
We invite you to RSVP online here [insert link] or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with your invitation.
If you need to modify your RSVP, please contact us via phone at (516) 582-1616.
Our venue's address is 115 Fox Fire Road, Round Top, NY 12473. You can use this link https://maps.app.goo.gl/jJoQckKmEK1UYNmp9 to view the location in Google Maps. Once you arrive, you'll see signs directing you to the ceremony location.
Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will take place under a pavilion. Guests will walk to the ceremony on a paved fairy path, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats for the ceremony. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels aren't recommended.
Please see the travel page on our wedding site for all accommodations.
Yes, there will be free on-site parking for our guests.
Our dress code is forest formal. Embrace earthy tones like emerald green, sage, rustic burgundy, chocolate brown, deep orange, or navy to complement the surroundings. For ladies: Long or midi-length dresses made from soft, flowing fabrics like chiffon or silk, which complement the relaxed woodland setting while still appearing formal. Footwear should be practical for uneven ground, so block heels, wedges, or dressy flats are preferred over stilettos. For men: Attire should balance classic sophistication with a relaxed, nature-inspired feel that suits an outdoor setting. A well-fitted suit is typically appropriate, but lighter fabrics such as linen, cotton blends, or lightweight wool are ideal for comfort and breathability. Footwear should be practical yet polished, with leather dress shoes, loafers, or brogues in brown or tan being good choices for uneven terrain.
We aren't allowing plus-ones at our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation, and no additional guests can be accommodated.
You can find our complete wedding registry here on our website (and purchase directly from our wish list) under the "Registry" tab.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 11 Terrace Avenue, Freeport, NY 11520. Also, a wedding card box will be at our reception.
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.
Kindly contact Karen Workman at (516) 528-1616 with any further questions ahead of the wedding.
