Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear on your invitation and RSVP.
Like plus ones, children are by-invitation only. We encourage you to use this as a date-night to get out & have some fun.
Great question. Bonus point for you! Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" to each component of the event by MARCH 15th. This allows us to give our vendors accurate numbers prior to the wedding.
Your presence will be missed, however we understand not everyone will be able to join us. If you are not able to attend, please RSVP "no" to each component of the event by MARCH 15th so we can plan accordingly with our vendors.
While the lot at Garfield Park Conservatory is open all night, there is no security. We encourage guests to consider ride-share or public transportation to/from the event. Please drink responsibly.
Our venue and wedding colors, much like our home, include many vibrant colors. Guests are encouraged to dress in cocktail attire, reframing from whites/ivory/creams. The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) and the cocktail hour & reception will take place indoors. NOTE: This venue does not have air conditioning. Even if it is cold outdoors, please consider the temperature and humidity required by the plants of the venue. Some rooms are warmer than others.
Thank you for traveling to join our celebration! We understand that many of our guests are not local to the Chicago area. Please find a list of hotels/accommodation recommendations in the travel section of our website.
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30pm. To avoid being late, please arrive no later than 5:15pm to ensure finding parking and a seat before we start.
Short answer, no. Long answer, we have hired an amazing photographer named Rocio who will be there to capture all of the moments of the ceremony. We do kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony. Following the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you wish. We do ask that you reframe from posting photos of the bride & groom before they do.
