The Club at Old Hawthorn 6221 E Broadway, Columbia, MO 65201 The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will be indoors with availability to hangout on the patio.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Our venue has free on-site parking. We encourage guests to uber/lyft if they consume any alcohol, please drive safe!

Dress Code for the Venue

Answer

The Venue requires a business casual dress code. Proper attire does not include any distressed Denim and Men must wear collared shirts. Management strictly enforces this policy.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on our wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and feel free to reach out with any questions.

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2024, using the RSVP tab in the menu or the link provided with your invitation. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume you are not able to attend.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

We ask if you wish to give anything to contribute to our honeymoon fund found at the venue.
