WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP / BOOK BY?

Answer

Our link will be active until September 3rd 2022. We recommend RSVP and booking before this date to guarantee your room rate and free transfer! If the hotel runs out of rooms you can book at The Excellence Playa Mujeres and Beloved sister properties and pay a fee to enter the Finest for the night of the wedding(100$) as below.

DO I NEED TO STAY AT THE FINEST PLAYA MUJERES RESORT?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to stay at the Finest Playa Mujeres resort where a block of rooms has been secured at a discounted rate.  Please be aware that guests who decide to stay elsewhere (another resort, AirBnB, etc.) will be charged a $100 per person resort fee by Finest Resort in order to attend the wedding.

ENSURE YOUR PASSPORT IS VALID FOR 6 MONTHS AFTER YOUR RETURN DATE!!

Answer

Make sure your passport (and your child's passport) is valid for SIX MONTHS after your return date! They will not let you leave the country if your passport is not valid for 6 months post your scheduled return date! Don't procrastinate! It can take 8-12 weeks to update or obtain a new passport! WHAT ABOUT COVID-19?

Answer

We recommend all guests monitor travel regulations for the most up to date information.  Currently, proof of a negative Covid-19 test is required no more than 3 days of departure for air travel back into the United States. Details can be found via the CDC below.  https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/testing-international-air-travelers.html  The resort has made available free on-site testing for guests to meet this requirement. Additionally, the resort has implemented health and safety protocols. WHAT SHOULD I PACK?

- Your Passport - A second form of ID - Take a picture of your passport and save it to your phone for back up - Any medications you take - Basic over the counter meds you may need (advil, tylenol, etc.) - Sunscreen (recommend 50spf or higher!) - Bug Spray with DEET - A hat - An outfit for the wedding! - Bathing suit - Sunglasses - Phone charger - Tip money for the resort staff and bartenders - Additional Clothes: The finer restaurants require dress codes for men and women, please visit the website for dress code information for each individual restaurant:  https://www.finestresorts.com/cancun/finest-playa-mujeres/flavor-and-spirits/ What NOT to bring: - Any stress from the two years. :) - Expensive jewelry or valuables (or if you do, please ensure you lock them in your safe!) - Gifts - please don't bring any gifts to Mexico! - Plug adapter - they have the same as we do! HOW DO I GET TO THE RESORT FROM THE CANCUN AIRPORT?

HOW DO I GET TO THE RESORT FROM THE CANCUN AIRPORT? The cost of your room includes round trip transportation to and from the Cancun International Airport through Seasons Tours. Contact them once you are aware of your flight information to schedule your free transfer. The link to email them will be in your reservation confirmation at transfers@seasonstours.com. Once you collect your luggage and clear customs, exit the airport and look for the Seasons Transfers.
