For those taking a flight, Reagan National (DCA) is about 10 minutes away from our recommended hotels; Dulles International (IAD) is about 35 minutes away. Both airports are metro-accessible or an easy Uber ride away! We recommend that everyone stay in the Courthouse area of Arlington (we live here!), and we have provided hotel blocks at a few options. This will allow for easy access to our shuttles, which will pick up from both hotels! There will be an optional welcome party on Friday, October 16th and the ceremony and reception will take place on Saturday, October 17th.

Shuttle

Full Shuttle Service

October 17, 2026 2:45 pm - 10:00 pm

Shuttles will pick guests up from the Hilton Garden Inn and the Residence Inn to whisk them away to our ceremony! Shuttles will also transport guests to the reception directly following the ceremony. Finally, shuttles will return all guests to Arlington, either to the afterparty or back to the hotels!
