Hike to Heublein Tower with Andy & Lauren

Talcott Mountain State Park, Simsbury, CT 06070
Sturdy sneakers or hiking boots, water bottle, and weather appropriate outdoors clothing.
GPS location for trailhead: "Talcott Mountain State Park" The hike is 2.5 miles round trip on a well-maintained trail with 370 feet of elevation gain. There are picnic and restroom facilities at the top, and we will be well equipped with snacks. Please bring a water bottle! We will keep an eye on the weather as the weekend approaches.
Apple Picking with Andy & Lauren

Come join us for apple picking, apple cider, and some excellent photo opportunities. For those of you planning to join us on the morning hike, we will drive here afterwards. If you can't make the hike but are around, please meet us at the orchard! If you're coming in from out of town and/or don't want a whole bag of apples to take home, the Canton Food Bank will take any extra apples from the afternoon.
