Whatever you want! The bar is a casual space and there will be a DJ... so whatever makes you happy and in the mood to party. 💃🕺

Ideal gifts include: showing up, sharing pics, giving a toast, inviting me to YOUR 50th. Your presence in my life - and at this event - is my gift! ❤️

Will I know anyone?

Probably! I'm inviting folks from all corners of my life, including TWHS, MHC, WACAC, JCHS, and several other important acronyms.

What if I want to hang out in the Bay Area?

Answer

You absolutely should! The Hilton may be able to accommodate additional nights - not necessarily at the group rate - and note that Wine Country, Lake Tahoe, the Monterey Bay, and an embarrassment of Regional, State, and National Parks are all within reasonable driving distance. Spring weather is moderate in the Bay Area (highs rarely fall below the 50s or above the 70s), making March one of the best times to visit.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

Up to you. Overnight hotel parking is steep in the city (often $50+ a night), but you will likely spend that in Ubers/Lyfts getting if you're extending your trip beyond the weekend. If you are just popping in and out for the party, no need for a car!
