We're getting married!!

We were introduced by a mutual friend, despite having shared so many of the same places growing up. Both born and raised in Mechanicsville, attending the same preschool, spending time at Burkwood, and with Lauren cheering for Turner’s Blue Star Cowboys team, our paths had crossed countless times—just never at the same moment. In the months that followed, we grew from friends into something more. On Halloween weekend, Lauren brought Turner to celebrate a friend’s birthday, dressed as Buzz Lightyear while Turner went as Indiana Jones. That night, on a crowded dance floor, Turner kissed Lauren for the first time. A week later, we went on our first date, marking the beginning of a love story we’re still writing.
