When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than July 16th.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girl. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both will be held at The Willows at Mountain View Ranch. There is a short walk on a concrete sidewalk from the ceremony area to the reception area.

What meal options are available?

Answer

The reception dinner will be a buffet with multiple options! Please let Matthew or Lauren know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, the venue has plenty of onsite parking. We will also have a shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue if you prefer not to drive.

Is there a dress code?

Can I get an Uber or Lyft from the wedding?

Answer

There are limited Ubers and Lyfts that service the area around the venue. There is also spotty cell service and limited WIFI. Please plan ahead with a designated driver or take the shuttle if you plan to be drinking alcohol.
