Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Holden Pierce and Lauren Findlay
Williamsburg is a great area with lots of historical and beautiful scenery. Here are some of our favorites.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg

1 Busch Gardens Boulevard, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Colonial Williamsburg

101 Visitor Center Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Lots of shopping, food, and history to enjoy while walking around Colonial Williamsburg and the William and Mary Campus. An absolute must is grabbing lunch at the Cheese Shop, located at 410 Duke of Gloucester St. Get the house dressing with your sandwich and grab some provisions from the shop!

Colonial National Historical Parkway

Colonial National Historical Parkway, Williamsburg, VA

Enjoy some beauitiful views on the drive that connects the "Historic Triangle"- Jamestown, Yorktown, and Williamsburg. Plently of places to stop and picnic.

Jamestown Settlement

2110 Jamestown Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Lauren went to Jamestown at least once a year in elementary school. In Kindergarten, she went four times with her class to watch a tree change with the seasons. So, while it may have lost the spark for our bride, Jamestown settlement is the first permanent English settlement in America and is worth a visit.

Golfing

There are many popular golf courses in Williamsburg; including Kingsmill resort, Two Rivers Country Club, and the Golden Horseshoe
