Is there a theme or vibe to your wedding?

Answer

Our theme is vintage elegance with an autumn vibe. Our colors will be autumn inspired. Lots of oranges, reds, dark blues, and greens. The venue is very vintage so that's where this element comes in to play. You'll definitely feel it when you enter the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear cocktail attire. Women, please wear a dress (bridesmaid will wear long dresses) and men, please wear a suit and tie.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your children, our wedding is an adults-only affair. We want our wedding to be your night off so that everyone can celebrate, relax, and have lots of fun. Thank you for respecting our decision.

Is the ceremony at the same place as the reception?

Answer

Yes!. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all taking place at Vault 634 in Allentown, PA.

Is there parking at the venue? Is it free?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at a parking lot that we have rented out for the use of our guests. It is literally down the block, so it is very close. More information on this as it gets closer.

Is the hotel close by?

Answer

Yes! The Renaissance Hotel in Allentown, PA is LITERALLY across the street from our venue. It is super close and convenient. We will have our block at this hotel. Please see the travel page for more information.

Does the hotel have free parking?

Answer

Unfortunately, the hotel charges for parking. It is $16 per night for self parking. They offer valet parking for $20 per night.

My invitation is addressed to specific people. Can I bring extra guests?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue has a set allowance of people it can accommodate, and they are very strict, so please only RSVP for the people that are specifically named on your invitation. Invitations will be sent in a few months, so be on the look-out for them in mid-September.

What are the dinner entrée options?

Answer

There are 4 entrée options for dinner. Please read the options below in order to select your preferred choice on your RSVP card. Each option correlates to a symbol on your RSVP card. The corresponding symbol is written in parentheses below. Dinner Entrée Options: - Poultry option (chicken symbol): * Duck Confit, Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta, Potato Gnocchi and Grated Manchego in a Mushroom Marsala Sauce - Beef option (cow symbol): * Whiskey Braised Short Rib in a Rustic Pan Jus, Pumpkin Polenta, Garlic Broccolini and Rosemary Garlic Red Potatoes - Seafood option (fish symbol): * Pecan Smoked Salmon with Forrest Mushroom Cream, Chive and Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Maple-Bacon Roasted Brussel Sprouts - Vegetarian option (carrot symbol): * Portobello Mushroom Stacks with Herbed Goat Cheese, Panko-Coated Fried Eggplant, Yellow Pepper and Fresh Mozzarella in a Madeira Mushroom Sauce

What do I do if I have a food allergy/intolerance or I prefer a vegetarian option?

Answer

When the invitation arrives, it will have 4 food options and one of them will be a vegetarian option. There will be a place for you to write any allergies/intolerances so that our catering staff will be sure that your meal is not only hot and delicious, but that you'll be able to enjoy it without worrying what's in it.

Will there be dancing / a DJ?

Answer

Definitely! We expect the dance floor to be packed! If you know Lauren at all, then you know she lives on the dance floor. We will have a DJ and a big dance floor, so no worries there. Be prepared to have a blast!
