Yes, we've arranged transportation from each of the hotels where we've blocked rooms to and from Mount Hope Farm, and from Mount Hope Farm to the after party. Shuttle pickups will start at 4:15 p.m. Please check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need.
While we would love to be able to accommodate all of our guests' children, we want our wedding to be your night off! If childcare is an issue, we're happy to assist with arrangements - just reach out to us.
Both Newport and Providence are within a half-hour drive from our venue. There is plenty of parking at the venue and we expect Ubers to be available, but if you'd like to take advantage of the shuttles, please arrange to be at one of the blocked hotels by 4 p.m.
Formal attire - suits/jackets for men (tuxedos not required) and cocktail, maxi or floor length dresses or formal jumpsuits for women. We will be outdoors on the water, with a tent for the reception. The tent has a fully wooden floor, but the ceremony and cocktail hour will both be primarily on grass.
