Below you’ll find information on travel and lodging options to help plan your trip.
You may fly into either airport and rent a car. If you’d like help coordinating a carpool with other guests, please reach out to Laura.
A rental car isn’t required—if you prefer, you can fly into Reno and take the South Tahoe Airporter shuttle directly from the airport to Edgewood Lodge, which is 5-10 minutes from all of the hotels listed below. From there, rideshare services make it easy to get to all wedding events.
In addition to hotels, there are also vacation homes available on Airbnb and VRBO, many of which are conveniently located near all wedding events.

Reno-Tahoe International Airport
The closest airport is Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) which is about 1 hour from where the wedding celebrations will be held. You can either rent a car or take the South Tahoe Airporter shuttle.

Another airport option is Sacramento International Airport (SMF) which is a 2 hour drive via rental car.
