We have a room block reserved at Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Cary for October 10, 2025 through October 12, 2025. Feel free to use the link to reserve for the discounted rate or call directly to book a room. They are in the process of renovating the rooms so pictures will look a little different! There’s no penalty for cancelling until very close to the date so we recommend booking early. If this hotel runs out of rooms, the Double Tree is next door and shares a parking lot. They’re only a quick 8 minute drive from our venue. :)
