Tommy Crumrine (born and raised in New Orleans, LA) and Laura Jarriel (from Austin, TX) met and quickly became friends while at the University of North Texas. Laura was finishing a degree in Photojournalism and Tommy was starting a new track in Electrical Engingeering and Computer Science.
After a year of friendship the two decided to begin a romantic relationship... right before Tommy moved to Minnesota to continue his degree at the U of M.
Despite the poor timing, the relationship stuck and Laura joined Tommy in Minnesota after graduating!
Now, 8 years later, these southern kids have made an amazing home for themselves in Minnesota. They don't even mind the snow.
They bought a house in South Minneapolis and love working in their garden with their dog- Otis, spending days at the lake down the street, and playing with their friends and godson (many of them live in the neighborhood).
Laura and Tommy hope for a future full of continued traveling, food, friends, health and LOVE!
