Portuguese. While some people in São Paulo speak English, it’s helpful to download a translation app or learn a few key phrases.
Brazil uses the Brazilian Real (BRL). Credit cards will cover almost everything, but it may be handy to carry a small amount of cash for taxis, small shops, or tips.
Taxis and ride-shares (Uber, 99) are readily available and fairly affordable from both airports. Private drivers can be hired in advance if preferred, we'd be happy to share some recommendations!
