Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your kids—we really do. But we want this to be a night off! No guests under the age of 21 are invited to our wedding and are not permitted in the venue.

Is transportation provided from hotel(s) to the venue?
Answer
Our guests will be staying all over the city, so we have not arranged for transportation to the party. Uber and Lyfts are available and very affordable to and from the hotel(s), reception, and hot spots around Richmond.

What's the dress code?
Answer
Plan to look your best in semi-formal attire. What's semi-formal? Cocktail dresses, dressy skirts, collared shirts, and suits. Please no t-shirts, jeans, or sneakers! Want to bling it up? Feel free! Mark and Laura will be in formal gear because they can't resist an excuse to get dolled up!

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
The venue has 60 spots available in a lot across the street from the entrance on a first come, first served basis. There is also street parking in and around Scott's Addition for you to find parking. While we know driving and parking is convenient, please do not drink and drive. Ubers and Lyfts are available and very affordable in and around the city of Richmond!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Room block: The Graduate in Richmond has reserved a number of rooms for our wedding weekend; it's a great option if you're feeling fun and on a budget! The room rate of $139+/night is available until September 4 - check out the Hotel tab on this site. Quirk Hotel - it's a great option if you're feeling artsy. The Jefferson Hotel - it's a great option if you're feeling fancy! AirBnB and VRBO are also fantastic options if you'd like to stay in one of Richmond's charming historic homes.
