We met on the dating app Bumble, and it was love at first text! Even though it's apparently a no-no to meet for dinner on a first date, Scott asked Laura Beth out for sushi and drinks in Downtown Durham, and she was smitten by what Scott would call his "charming personality." Their next few dates consisted of going to a brewery and listening to music, a hockey game, and a Tar Heel football game. They quickly learned that they had a lot in common, and really the rest is history!

Scott and Laura Beth live in Durham, NC with their sweet dog Sasha. Scott works in supply chain management for Thermo Fisher Scientific and recently completed his MBA at East Carolina University. He is excited to get into the field of data analytics. Laura Beth has worked at UNC Hospitals for almost 10 years as a Physician Assistant and is passionate about her work caring for patients with cystic fibrosis. In their spare time, they enjoy cooking, tasting beer and wine, home renovations, and spending time outdoors.
