Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to the event if put on the invitation.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. If you have a room at the hotel listed, there are shuttles provided to transport you back and forth between the venue and the hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 5:30 pm, please arrive with plenty of time to find a seat.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and Target.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 17th, 2019. RSVP will be done with a response card coming with the invitation.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour where you can choose to stay outdoors, or view the inside of the venue. The reception will then take place inside the venue.

Will there be vegetarian-vegan-gluten free options?

Answer

The wedding meal will consist of a duet plate- whatever entrees we choose, you get! On the response card, though, you will be asked if there are any dietary restrictions for these choices. Please mark it on the response card so we can plan accordingly with our venue to make your meal the way you need it.

Can I take photos/videos of your wedding and post them online?

Answer

We are asking that the ceremony be an unplugged ceremony. We would like for you to enjoy the moment with us through your eyes, not a camera. At the reception you can take all the photos you would like! If you are going to post them online, please use the hashtag #BrideandGruman for us to find easily!

The reception is scheduled from 7:00-11:00 pm.
