What is included in the hotel costs?

Answer

Your nightly rate includes daily breakfast buffets, all-you-can-drink (8am-11pm daily, with the exception of the wedding day where it ends at 5pm), and access to on-site amenities (pool, beach). Laura and Tyler will also be covering the cost of most dinners / desserts, evening activities, and the boat excursion.

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes! All guests are encouraged to bring a plus one! We want to make sure you have as much fun as possible during the week with us!

If you have any questions on other hotels, please contact either Laura or Tyler directly; this may impact your ability to join the group events.

If you have any dietary restrictions, please note that in the wedding RSVP section. We'll ensure we accommodate accordingly both on the wedding day and all other offered dinners.

What time should I get to the wedding if I'm not staying at the resort?

Answer

If you're not staying at Playa Fiesta, you can come to the hotel after 4pm. Please be there no later than 5:30pm, as that's when guests will gather for the ceremony (which starts promptly at 6pm).

What should I bring?

Answer

We'll be outside a lot so bring plenty of sunscreen, in addition to a water bottle and hats. The hotel has beach towels for us to use and the boat will supply all snorkel equipment.
