What's up with this invitation?

Answer

We want to save paper and needless waste for our wedding. We won't be having individual programs for the ceremony or a menu at each plate at the reception. It's important to us to reduce/reuse/recycle as much as we can while planning our wedding. Please use the save the date (printed on 100% post consumer recycled paper!) to remind you of our love fest and use this website to RSVP. We thank you for understanding!

Yes! Our venue caters to whatever you need. Just let us know.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

May 15th!

What time will the shuttle be at the Doubletree?

Answer

4:30 at the latest. The first trip leaves at 4.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to look their very best, so feel free to dress for July, but make it formal, not bbq.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately we can only accommodate children in the wedding party and infants. We're sorry we can't expand to everyone.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We hope you'll stay at the Double Tree with us. The after party will be in their bar and then we can all retire upstairs and hang for breakfast in the morning.

Will there be shuttles? Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We will have shuttles to the wedding from the Double Tree. There is plenty of parking at the venue though.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Welcome drinks the night before! We're taking in the sparkle and fun together in the area. Please see the schedule page for details.
