Where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

This will be an outdoor ceremony at Berry Acres in Odessa, MO. We will move indoors at the same venue if the weather decides not to cooperate.

What kind of attire?

Answer

Weather permitting we will be outdoors in August, so please feel free to leave those suit jackets at home fellas. Ladies heels may be tricky on the grass - but reception will be indoors following the ceremony. No matter what else you decide to put on, make sure you bring your dancing shoes so we can light up the dance floor!

Will there be food?

Answer

Of course! Dinner will be served after the ceremony. Menu still to be determined... Will update as soon as we have more details!

Will there be drinks?

Answer

Of course! We will have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Each adult will also get 2 drink tokens for something a little stronger. Cash bar will be held for anything extra you may want. The venue will not allow any outside alcohol to be brought in.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, please! Feel free to bring the kids along. There is a small nursery room for kids to play in connected to the reception hall to keep them entertained! Hunter will love to have other kids to play with!

How do we get from the reception to the hotel?

Answer

We will have a shuttle bus to take people from the reception back to Holiday Inn Express. You can leave your car at the venue and the gates will be locked so it is safe. Then Sunday morning the shuttle will pick up from the hotel at 10 am to bring you back to get your car!
