Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, on the lawn next to the UTE PASS CULTURAL CENTER is the Midland Pavilion, where the ceremony will be held.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes, a parking lot is located in the rear of the Ute Pass Cultural Center. There is also some parking located in the front of the Midland Pavilion.

Question

Will there be lunch and if so will there be gluten free or vegetarian options.

Answer

Yes, we are working with our caterers to ensure gluten free and vegetarian options will be available.

What attire is appropriate?

Answer

Your body, your choice. Wear what you feel comfortable and wonderful in but remember it’s Colorado and the weather can change at the drop of a hat. We recommend sunglasses, hats, rain jackets, winter jackets, umbrellas, flip flops, snow boots, scarves, mittens, sunscreen, tank tops and whatever you do, don’t forget your towel! ;)

Are there any hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes, the Woodland Park Country Lodge has room blocks with a discounted rate when mentioning the wedding party name. Special rate rooms will need to be booked by Aug 20, 2022.
