What time is the shuttle leaving and from where?

Answer

Shuttle will leave the Westin in downtown Cincinnati at 4:00 sharp. Please try to arrive by 3:45 so the bus can leave on time. Return busses will arrive back at the Westin after the reception. You can then get Lyfts/Ubers home from the Westin

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is a large parking lot if you wish to drive to the wedding.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, go to the ‘travel’ section for a link to the hotel block at the Westin in downtown Cincinnati.

Can I uber to the venue?

Answer

Of course, but we will also be providing a shuttle from the Westin hotel in downtown Cincinnati to our venue. This shuttle will also run back to the hotel after the reception. This means you can uber to and from the hotel instead of to and from the venue.

Cocktail / formal attire! Our venue is outdoors but paved throughout.

When should I RSVP by?

We'll collect RSVPs closer to the big day, for now just mark your calendars. Please RSVP at least 4 weeks before the wedding (May 23rd deadline). Laura will be annoyed if she has to chase you down for a response. Be there or be square!

Your presence is the best present! We are registered for a few gifts here on Zola, please visit the 'registry' page of the website, cash gifts towards our future and honeymoon is our preferred gift.
