When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is June 1st, 2025. If you do not RSVP by this deadline and choose to still attend, please be sure to bring a chair and your own food, as we will not be able to add on any extra people to our head count after this date has passed.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding day is semi-formal/cocktail attire. What this means is for gentlemen a suit and tie, any color is appropriate; and a ladies knee length, tea-length, or midi dress. Colors are encouraged! We also encourage our guests to bring the glitz and the glam, feel free to wear patterns, sparkles, or ruffles! Show up with your best looks for the night! Please note the ceremony will be outdoors while the reception will be fully indoors. Since it will be the middle of July, please plan your outfits accordingly! Gentlemen: Feel free to consider jackets optional or remove them for the ceremony. Ladies: Please plan your heels accordingly so they do not puncture the grass during the ceremony. Please also refrain from wearing dresses in any shade of white. Including but not limited to off-white, beige, eggshell, champaign, ivory, cream, vanilla, etc.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30-45 minutes before the ceremony begins. We plan to begin the ceremony right on time. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, you will have to wait in the reception area for the ceremony to conclude.

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at TalonsCove Golf Club, located at 2220 S TalonsCove Dr, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! TalonsCove has ample parking in the main parking lot to accommodate everyone who will be in attendance!

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of the family of the bride and groom. So, we ask that you please arrange child care for this evening and enjoy a night of fun away from the kids on us! If you are questioning if your kids are invited, please refer to your RSVP where you will find the members of your household who have been invited.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed when you go to RSVP. Otherwise, we only ask that the named people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully), the ceremony will be outside. The reception, however, will be inside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes!! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any food allergies, please let us know in the designated box in the RSVP section of this website. Please also let us know if you have alternatives to that allergy that you can eat (example: Dairy allergy, but nut milks are ok). We are willing to accommodate any food allergies or dietary requirements so everyone can enjoy the delicious food from our caterer!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving beer, wine, and select cocktails during dinner and the reception! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!
