FAQs

Question

Does your venue have any COVID precautions in place?

Answer

As of August 2021, the Club at Grandezza (our venue) reinstated a mask mandate for all guests in the Clubhouse (except when eating and drinking). We ask that you follow this mandate so don't forget your mask! Masks are optional when outdoors (i.e., during wedding ceremony and cocktail hour). We will be sure to update our wedding website if they are any changes.

Question

Are you requiring all guests to be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine?

Answer

Although we are not requiring our guests to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, we are strongly encouraging that all guests receive it. If you have not received your COVID-19 vaccine and have questions about it, we know two pretty good pharmacists who can help answer any questions you may have about it!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola. There are some gifts within the Zola registry that are linked to Amazon or Crate & Barrel (and would be purchased through that website). Our registry is accessible through our wedding website on the "Registry" tab.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but our wedding reception is an adult only (12 years and older) event. Please reach out to us if you need help finding a local babysitter!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! When RSVP'ing, please include that information when selecting your meal option.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Also, if you drive to the ceremony/reception but do not want to drive home, you can leave your car overnight at the venue and take the shuttle or an Uber/Lyft back to the hotel at the end of the night.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the Marriott, there is a hotel shuttle that leaves the hotel at 4:00p and 4:30p. It has limited seating so it may be easiest to take an Uber/Lyft to the ceremony. If you are staying at the Holiday Inn, there is no hotel shuttle to the ceremony. We recommend you take an Uber/Lyft. There will be transportation from the reception back to both the Marriott and the Holiday Inn starting at 9:30p and running throughout the night until the reception ends.

Question

What time does the wedding start? My invitation says 4:30p but the website says 5:00p.

Answer

Yes, Laura changed her mind after the invitations were sent out. The ceremony begins at 5:00p. Feel free to arrive any time after 4:15p.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Visit the "Schedule" tab for all events. If you are in town early, feel free to text us! We will be in town early and would love to say hi :)
