The shuttle from the hotel to the venue will leave the hotel at 2:50, drop off and return for another pickup at 3:05. They may swing around a third time before the ceremony starts at 3:30. I will update departure times from the venue to the hotel when I have them, but they will also be announced by the DJ. 2 or 3 round trips should be expected. There are many hotels in the area, so please feel free to book another hotel if you wish. A shuttle will be going back and forth from this hotel to the venue. Check in at this and most hotels is 4pm. Early check-in may be available on the day after 12pm. Please check on your individual room if an early check in is available. If not, the hotel will hold bags. Sorry for any inconvenience.
