TRANSPORTATION If you decide to take a taxi once you arrive to Cartagena; You will see the pick-up line outside in front of the exit. The cost should be around $12.000-$15.000 COP. Most taxis will only accept cash, we encourage exchanging USD/EURO to COP before leaving the U.S or at Cartagena's airport in one of the kiosks.
