Our love story began on June 12, 2020 at the beach. Niko and I spontaneously decided to escape our routines and head to Ocean City, Maryland, along with our group of friends. Everyone was eager to soak in the sun, feel the sand between our toes, and momentarily forget the chaos and uncertainty brought on by COVID-19. As the waves crashed onto the shore, Niko and I experienced an undeniable connection that ignited between us instantly, something we both felt but couldn’t quite put into words. Upon returning home, we couldn’t bear the thought of parting ways, so we started a series of long Facetime calls that lasted for hours on end—sharing many stories between us. Just two weeks later, we went on our first date in Pittsburgh, PA. From that moment on, everything simply fell into place. Fast forward to June 25, 2023, a day that forever changed our lives when we welcomed our beautiful baby girl, Ariella Louise Otto, into the world. Holding her for the first time filled our hearts with indescribable love and excitement. As we navigate parenthood and cherish the life we've built together, we find ourselves looking forward to the next chapter: tying the knot surrounded by our beloved family and friends, celebrating the love that brought us all together.
