How did you know we were dreaming of those crystal champagne flutes?! They’re by far the most beautiful glasses in our home and we’ve never felt fancier. You’ll have to come over soon so we can toast to you! So excited to see you in June.

Laura & Nikki

Laura and Nikki met through a mutual friend Jackie at an Escape room. We connected in many mutual interests and hobbies including camping, backpacking, kayaking, and weight lifting. We also began to introduce each to new things: Nikki taught Laura how to fish, and Laura taught Nikki about powerlifting form and technique. 4 years later we now have fishing kayaks and take lots of adventures and have a very built out and amazing home gym we lovingly call "Black Heart Barbell".  This is just one example about how our love is generative and builds upon each of our individual strengths and power to create new pathways and joys. 
Some may call our family structure "unconventional" but we call it "intentional" and chosen family. We are so happy together, supporting each other and teaching our kids that the most important thing in life is to love and support each other. We are so glad that you are a part of that larger support network, and we love you!
