How we met
We met at the American School in Athens, when we were both passing through in July of 2017.
The next time we saw each other
We were living in different countries, and didn't see each other again for six months. By then, we'd developed a habit of talking every day. We had our first date in Boston during a blizzard!
Love
Because we were living so far apart, every reunion was a trip and an adventure... Athens, Cincinnati, Santorini, Rome, Amsterdam, and Paris. Oh my!
Surprise!
What a whirlwind! Given the craziness of 2020, we figured now was as good a time as ever. On a Wednesday, we agreed with Laura's cousins that they would marry us on the following Saturday. We went to the mosque on Monday. And now we're married! We look forward to celebrating with everyone in person when we can do so safely!!
