As always, the earlier the better! If you are attending all three wedding events (ceremony, dinner, and bowling), please RSVP by July 18, 2025. If you are coming only for our bowling bash, please RSVP by August 1, 2025.
Please arrive by 3:00pm. Allow plenty of time to arrive at Dossin Great Lakes Museum on Belle Isle. Belle Isle can be very busy during the summer (especially if the weather is nice), so you may need extra time to get on the island, purchase a state park pass if needed, and find parking. There is a parking lot at the museum. State park passes are $11 for non-Michigan residents, and $14 for Michiganders (good all year).
Selden Standard has a small parking lot available or there is plenty of street parking on the surrounding streets.
Yes, the dress code is semi-formal. Please feel free to wear formal attire, or cocktail dresses and suits are welcome as well. All wedding events will be indoors. If you are also attending bowling, feel free to wear your wedding attire. If you are attending only bowling, there is no expectation to wear semi-formal attire.
Yes, we will be providing a shuttle from the Courtyard Detroit Downtown (333 Jefferson Ave). Please meet there at 2:15 pm, if you'd like to join the shuttle group.
Yes, when you RSVP, please note if you have any food allergies and we will notify Selden Standard. They are able to accommodate a wide range of allergies and dietary restrictions if given advanced notice.
We are having a very intimate wedding ceremony and dinner with very limited space. Therefore we cannot allow dates or children outside of those specifically listed on your invitation. Our bowling after-party reservation is also limited to specific number.
