Question
When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by August 16th at the latest. This will help us give a final head count to the venue and caterer.

How should I get to the venue?
Answer
Margaret Place is within walking distance of the hotel block, so if you're staying at the Renaissance Arts District you can plan to walk if able. Otherwise, you can take an Uber, Lyft, or call a cab. You can also take the St. Charles streetcar, but plan on it taking a long time/maybe never arriving.

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
Cocktail attire. Dress up but also *please note* the wedding and reception will be outdoors, and it's likely to be quite hot and humid, so plan accordingly. If that's not helpful enough, ask us! As far as shoes: the wedding is in a courtyard and the ground is pretty even, so feel free to wear crazy heels or flats or whatever makes you feel good without being too casual (so maybe not running shoes or Adidas slides (you know who you are :p)).

What about the weather?

New Orleans weather is pretty variable but it's likely to be hot and humid, even at night. It could rain unexpectedly, so consider packing a rain jacket.

How long should I plan to stay in New Orleans?

We'd love for you to be at all of our events, Friday-Sunday, but understand that may not work for everyone, so please come to what you can! We'll be in New Orleans for a while so let us know if you plan to come before Friday or stay past Sunday.

What should I do while I'm there?
Answer
We've planned it so you're with us most of the time, but when you have some free time, walk around! eat! drink! tip the musicians!

What time will the reception end?
Answer
Band until 9pm-ish, then we'll transition to DJ until about 10-10:30. We'll have a designated after party location, probably at a bar near the venue.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
No plus-ones - all invited guests will be specifically indicated when you RSVP. Type in your name and you'll see who's invited.

Are Kids invited?

To manage guest count, we didn't invite kids except for a few that we are close to. All invited guests are specifically indicated when you RSVP - type in your name in you'll see who's invited.

Where is your registry?
Answer
Our registry is through Zola (on this website). If you prefer to give a cash gift, you can use the cash fund option on the registry page or you can Venmo or PayPal one of us.
