The last day to RSVP is April 10th.
Yes! Please feel free to bring a guest. Children are welcome as long as you feel these festivities are age appropriate for them. We will not be able to offer childcare during these events. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or text.
Dressy casual attire, which is anything that is stylish yet comfortable. Our desire is for all of our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy the evening without any unnecessary mishaps. While we appreciate everyone's individual style and fashion choices, we kindly request that guests refrain from wearing white attire on our special day. We’re planning a joyous occasion filled with merriment, and we want everyone to feel at ease, knowing that accidents happen. So, to fully ensure that all guests can relax and fully immerse themselves in the festivities, we kindly ask that you choose a dress/attire that is comfortable for you.
Yes! There is parking in front of the church and the Evergreen Space Museum also has adequate parking in front. Both areas are paved.
At this time we are leaving transportation to each guest to arrange. However, if you need to ride share, we can certainly set up an arrangement in the local area for you (and your guest) with other guests or our families.
It is recommended to arrive about 20-30 minutes ahead of the ceremony (approximately 2:30 pm) to find parking (in front of the church) and your seating without having to rush.
You will be prompted during the Mass as to when you can take photos (without flash). At all other times, we request you refrain from photography.
Everyone (from all backgrounds) are welcome to attend our wedding ceremony. We also understand that some people may feel uncomfortable or have personal restrictions for attending the mass (other religious practices, physical limitations, etc.) It is our desire to have everyone celebrate with us in the way they are most comfortable with. If for any reason you do not wish to attend the ceremony, please feel free to attend our reception and celebrate with us with food, drink and music. There will be a short unity candle ceremony before starting the dinner at the reception and then we get to celebrate! On the RSVP there will be questions regarding which part of our event(s) you would like to attend. We just need to have accurate head counts for planning purposes.
Please feel free to let us know if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction. We want all the guest to be able to enjoy this day with us and we are happy to accommodate requests.
At the reception alcohol will be served but we will also have soda and other non-alcoholic drinks available. Each guest will receive 2 drink tickets. Any additional drinks will need to be purchased by the guest. The bar will require legal ID for alcoholic drinks (via ticket or cash). Beer, wine and limited cocktails will be available.
