Laura and Luis met on Laura's first day of school at the Moores School of Music. They had just completed their orchestra placement auditions and ran into each other outside of the director's office, where the assignments were posted. Luis casually struck up a conversation and asked Laura to be a part of his chamber group that semester. Some time passed and Luis invited Laura to a friend's recital, where they unknowingly went on their first date and spent the entire day together, enjoying good music and food. They've been together ever since!
