How We Met

8.25.11

We met at Cabana Beach Apartments where we lived in buildings next to each other. We were both attending Texas State University at the time, and I met Logan at a party in his apartment. (surprise, surprise...) We hit it off really well. Senior year Logan got a job at M3 Design and after graduation he moved. So for the time, we went our separate ways and remained friends.

Good Timing

5.25.15

A couple years passed and Logan was in town for a SCCA Rallycross Event. He contacted me after his event and we went on a date. After that day we dated long distance for a little over a year before I moved to Austin and got my job as an event coordinator.

The Proposal

9.23.17

We went on a cruise to Cozumel with our amazing friends Tess and Jordan Painter. Logan and I were on the way to the cruise and during the drive, he insinuated we weren't going to be engaged until I was finished with school. Which naturally I was not very thrilled about. That seemed like a long time to wait! I was ready to marry him from the time we first met! Fast forward to the first day at sea. During "Elegant night" on the cruise ship, everyone dresses up for a formal night of dining and fun. While were walking around the ship taking pictures, we ended up on a balcony overlooking the few floors below. When I turned around Logan was on one knee. I couldn't believe it!! In the moment I even asked if he was serious! I was shocked considering the conversations we had only a few days before. It was the best engagement and the perfect night. We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you. See you at the dance hall!

For all the days along the way
