Rough Ridge Lookout - Grandfather Mountain, NC.
A gorgeous hike recommended by Mr. Glenn. In his words: "If someone wants the shortest hike with the biggest payoff, Rough Ridge Overlook is just below Grandfather Mountain, and has views so big you have to turn your head back-and-forth like at a tennis match."
Julian Price Memorial Park
Gorgeous park with a looped trail around a lake!
Grandfather Mountain State Park
Incredible panoramic views and the famous Mile High Swinging Bridge.
The Blowing Rock
