Answer

Dear family and friends, as much as we’d love linens and dinnerware, we are moving to Hawaii and that would be too much to take with us. We are not expecting gifts from anyone but if you insist we rather have $$$ And if not, your presence on our big day is enough. Either way, we’re so grateful for each and every one of you.

Yes, formal for Ladies and jackets for Men. No need for a Tuxedo.
