Saint George Street is a pedestrian-only road that goes through the Historic District and it has it all - food, shopping, and entertainment. You can just wander this area and discover things as you go, but we also wanna provide some options and recommendations. Please see our "Travel" tab for more information about the parking.
You can't beat this place for brunch. It has casual cafe food and it's so close to the Historic District where the wedding will be.
This is a great option for coffee-drinkers and it has some baked goods and breakfast pies. There's vegan and gluten-free options too! A St Augustine darling, there's 4 locations, but this one is closest to the venue and the Historic District if you need a pick-me-up.
They have fresh-baked bagels everyday and a gorgeous courtyard where you can eat them. Just make sure to go early before they run out of the good flavors ;)
We drag anyone staying with us here. Do yourself a favor and, if weather permits, sit outside! Amazing place for seafood lovers and non-seafood eaters alike who want to grab a few drinks! Overlooks the Tolomato River and not far from the beach access for Vilano Beach.

We've been going here since high school and it's a must if you're doing a beach day in the area. They have amazing, casual Caribbean and American style food, so keep in mind there's pretty limited vegetarian and gluten-free options.

AKA "The Fort". Everyone will tell you this is a quintessential stop for tourists to see the history of this city. Plus, they do cannon or musket demonstrations on weekends!
Climbing to the top of the lighthouse is a great opportunity to see St Augustine from a gorgeous point-of view (and get some exercise)! Lots of options for kids! There's so much pirate history in St Augustine and this is a fun option for families to learn more about it! It's not very large and takes about 2 hours, so good option to get out of the heat for a bit.
Great way to kick off spooky season in one of the most haunted cities in America! Believers (JT) and non-believers (Laura) alike can enjoy strolling through St Augustine to some of the most haunted sites and hearing ghost stories. Very easy-going and lots of opportunities to sit while the tour guide regales you with some spooky stories. And for the 21+ crowd, they also offer haunted pub crawls where you can visit haunted bars and pubs!
